Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and EF International Advisors, LLC governing your use of Corra Community. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Corra Community provides identity, sign-in, and access management shared across a family of applications, together with subscription billing and, where enabled, AI agent task execution. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and plans may change over time.

Corra Community and any AI-generated content it produces are provided for general, informational purposes. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and using it does not create a professional, advisory, or client relationship.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the then-current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state at checkout.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use AI agent capabilities to take actions beyond the scope you were granted, or to circumvent required human approval.

We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal business purposes.

The Service relies on third-party providers (payment processing, hosting, DNS, and AI processing). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers, though we select them with care.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EF International Advisors, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
